Brigham Sewall previously built approximately 500 single family homes in the Metro Atlanta between 2002 and 2010. His entrepreneurial focus at that time was to build large subdivisions (50 to 400 homes) and cater to the first time buyer market with price points ranging from $150,000 to $350,000.
Land is becoming difficult to find for subdivision builders. As a result these builders are moving further and further out from the city of Atlanta to find adequate land to build on. Sewall Residential understands this builder dilemma and also understands the shift of home buyers from big box homes to smaller open plan homes that incorporate “all the options”. In addition, Sewall Residential understands the general public’s concern for the environment and to reduce one’s carbon footprint as much as possible while enjoying the fruits of one’s labor while at home.
